At Natomas Food & Liquor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are subject to return restrictions in compliance with California state law.
2. Alcoholic Beverages

Alcohol sales are final once completed.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted on alcoholic beverages unless:

The product is defective (e.g., corked wine, damaged seal at time of purchase).

The product was sold in error.

Original receipt is required for any approved exchange.

Store management reserves the right to inspect and approve all alcohol-related return requests.
3. Tobacco & Vape Products

All tobacco, vape, and nicotine products are final sale.

No returns or exchanges are allowed due to health and safety regulations.
4. Food & Grocery Items

Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.

Perishable items (milk, dairy, frozen foods, fresh products) are non-returnable, unless spoiled at time of purchase.

Any damaged or expired product will be replaced or refunded upon verification.
5. General Merchandise

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days with receipt.

Items must be in original packaging and condition.
6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Cash purchases may be refunded in cash (subject to store cash availability).

Debit/credit card refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at the discretion of store management for eligible items with receipt.
8. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt is required for all refunds or exchanges. Without proof of purchase, returns may be denied.
9. Right to Refuse
Natomas Food & Liquor reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or applicable California laws.
